Cross Country Flight

Here are few pictures from the Moody Cross-Country flight

Matt, where did you get all that hair?

It is finished!

Well we have finally started our own blog and what better way to start it off than to tell about Matt's recent graduation! We can't believe that it is finally here.....he is finished! First he had a general Moody graduation, then a couple weeks later was the Commissioning Ceremony at the hangar. That was extra special because several of the instructors spoke and they even gave the wives a "PHT" award (Putting Hubby Through)! Then they took us all outside the hangar for a symbolic flight and let 12 doves fly into the distance. After the Commissioning Ceremony, the guys left a couple of days later on their 11 day cross-country flight. Luckily the wives were able to get together for a couple of girls nights while they were gone. Sounds like they guys had a blast! Now Matt is completely finished!

"This is what God the Lord says - he who created the heavens and stretched them out, who spread out the earth and all that comes out of it, who gives breath to its people, and life to those who walk on it: I, the Lord, have called you in righteousness; I will take hold of your hand. I will keep you and will make you to be a covenant for the people and a light for the Gentiles, to open eyes that are blind, to free captives from prison and to release from the dungeon those who sit in darkness. Isaiah 42:5-7
